On October 1, 2025, the Institute for Clinical Transfusion Medicine at the UKJ will hold a blood donor campaign at the Leibniz-HKI. Anyone interested is welcome to participate!

Advance registration is required to donate blood. Appointments for this day can be booked here.

The donation itself takes about 15 minutes, but there are a few steps to go through beforehand (donation registration, filling out a questionnaire, lab tests, consultation with a doctor). Please allow about 45 minutes in total.
